Level 3 Dental policyholders will have a waiting period of 180 days before they can receive major services. After those 180 days, benefits are paid the same as they are paid currently: Level 3 policyholders will receive 50% benefits for major services through the end of their first year, and benefits will be paid at 100% of the schedule starting in year 2.
